Railway Vehicles Aluminum Body Production Factory; It is the unit where aluminum bodies of all types of railway vehicles such as high speed train, main line, metro, tram are produced. The factory, which has an indoor area of ​​8000 m2, has 10 managers, technical personnel as well as 40 operators and worker personnel.

Aluminum profiles belonging to the type of vehicle to be produced from the beginning of the factory are first combined with welding robots in the Gantry type automatic welding system consisting of 4 stations of 60 meters length, and then shipped to the CNC Machining Center consisting of 2 stations 60 meters long. Here, the main parts, which are unloaded and sized, are finally combined with welding robots in the Automatic welding system consisting of 65 meters and 2 stations, and the aluminum body manufacturing is completed.

The production capacity of our factory is 1 vehicle body for 24 hours with the existing infrastructure and equipment.

In addition to body production, a Welding Technology and Training Center has been established within our factory. Analysis and improvement studies of welding methods to be used in the manufacturing phase are carried out under the supervision of expert Welding Engineers in 15 application cabins and 1 Test Laboratory located in this center. In addition, welder personnel working within the institution are given both theoretical and practical training at certain periods and certification processes are carried out.
